Last week I printed a killer recipe for Oatmeal Raisin Cookies, but my Editor (damn his eyes) didn’t catch a typo. Actually, I don’t have an editor, which is why I occasionally have typos like “bake the cookies for 24 minutes”, when it should have been 14 minutes if that. Bake until the edges of the cookies begin to turn brown, which is 13 or 14 minutes.
I enjoy these cookies so much, that I would still eat them if I had cooked them 24 minutes, and they would have been good. But 14 minutes in the oven is better.
