Yes, Devil’s Food Cake Cookies. They are as good as they sound, and it’s one of the easiest cookie recipes of all to bake and prepare. I saw this recipe from Betty Crocker recently, changed it a bit, gave it a try and it’s a keeper.
Here’s how.
Heat the oven to 350. In a large bowl, whisk two large eggs, then add 1/3 C melted butter, 1 t vanilla, and 1 box of Betty Crocker Super Moist Devil’s Food Cake mix. Stir till all the lumps are removed and put the bowl in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to set, and to make it easier to work with. Remove the bowl and form the dough into 1-inch balls, roll each ball in sugar and place them a couple inches apart on a cookie sheet covered with parchment. Bake for 11 minutes, remove, let cool, and dig in.

1 box Betty Crocker Super Moist Devil’s Food Cake Mix
1/3cup melted butter
1teaspoon vanilla
2eggs
(1/4cup sugar for topping)
