If you live long enough, you’ll get to know “Arthur”, as in Arthritis. He has a habit of settling into joints on older bodies and creating havoc. Ol’ Arthur has made himself at home in my hand, one of my fingers and one toe. I can take a couple Ibuprofen and he goes away for a spell, but I don’t like popping pills.
On a recent visit to Sam’s Club, I asked the pharmacist on duty about recommendations for arthritis pain and she suggested a product called Blue Stop.
The stuff really works. You rub it in on sore places and it digs in somehow and takes the edge off the pain, at least for me.
Blue Stop penetrates the skin quickly and contains a combination of Emu oil, glucosamine and MSM. It relieves pain from arthritis, lower back pain and spasms, knees, hips, shoulders, strains and cramps. Two 16-ounce pump bottles cost about $40, but they are worth every penny and you only need a small application. It lasts a long time.
Try some. It worked for me.
