It’s one of our top three restaurants. We go here and know we’ll get great food and service. It’s Bonefish Grill, consistently good.
We met friends at Bonefish this week to exchange a few gifts and to sit back and enjoy a delicious meal. We shared a couple plates of Bang-Bang Shrimp and some Calamari for appetizers, then ordered a range of entrees for Crusted Trout to Salmon and Pasta and to Mac and Cheese. I tried something new, for me, Grilled Skewered Shrimp and Scallops. It was delicious and just the right amount. For dessert we sampled the Chocolate Lava Cake, Homemade Cookies, and Ice Cream. Everything was spot on.
I noticed several young people serving as greeters and servers, and they did very well. Some, most probably, were still in high school, but the Bonefish managers have trained them well. They were polite and professional. It’s hard to hire help these days, so it’s good to see young people taking up the slack. I was impressed.
