Capt. Reese Stecher reports that fishing is getting good in Nags Head. Puppy Drum, Speckled Trout, Rockfish, some Blues and a few Flounder have been biting. Reese fished with son, Henry, last week and caught stripers on almost every cast in the sound, but most were under 17-inches.
If you’re ever interested in a piece of driftwood for your porch or deck, check out Reese’s Outer Banks Driftwood.
While prowling the Outer Banks looking for drum and specks, Reese often runs across a beautiful piece of wood on the shore. He has a collection for sale on his web site, www.obxdriftwood.com.
