I use a lot of olive oil these days – in salads, as a frying and sautéing medium and in lots of other cooking chores. Usually, I just tip my always-handy bottle of EVOO and get the job done, but recently I ran across a product that is super handy and saves lots of time. It’s a squirt can of Extra Virgin in Olive Oil made by Simply Nature.
Last night, as an example, I wanted to lightly fry some chicken thighs, so I gave a couple squirts in my frying pan with the can of spray – and job accomplished. It’s also really useful if you want to put a light coat of olive oil on a meat or veggie so the seasonings will adhere better. A quick squirt and it’s done
This isn’t an aerosol, just a simple squirt can and easy to use.
Simply Nature Extra Virgin Olive Oil Spray is a 100% non-GMO, organic cooking spray. I bought mine at Aldi’s for $3.69 and it’s long lasting because you only need a squirt or two at a time. It is designed for healthy cooking, featuring no propellants, 0g of fat and calories per serving, and a 350°F smoke point. This spray is suitable for sautéing, grilling, and dressing salads with an even, light coating.
It’s now a staple on my counter. Try it, you’ll like it. Neat stuff.
