We were packing our lunch for a road trip to NC. I always like to make sandwiches ahead, so we don’t have to stop so often. I had made a nice batch of Egg Salad and wanted some sliced bread worthy of my creation. I went to Kroger’s to check out their choices and found that all the brand names were $4-plus and none were thick. Then I saw a loaf of Kroger’s Private Selection Artisan Bread. It was nice and thick and only $3.49. I bought a loaf and it may be the best white bread I have ever eaten – rich, bakery fresh and full of flavor. I have always had good liuck with Kroger’s Private Selection foods. I look for them whenever I shop there.
Want some great bread for sandwiches (or French Toast)? Try the Private Selection Artisan Bread at Kroger’s. There is none better.
