A few weeks ago, I wrote that Grouper was one of the best tasting fish that swims, and recently I wrote about Bonefish Grill, extoling their Fish & Chips. Last week I had Grouper at Bonefish, and it was one of the finest meals I can recall. It was on their menu, served with a fat Crabcake and smothered in a tangy sauce that pulled it all together. Their Crabcakes are always good and paired well with the Grouper. The dish was served with Risotto Rice and Steamed Spinach. Simply perfect.
Bonefish usually doesn’t offer deep fried fish choices – which I love – but more and more I am ordering other fish options – like their Chilean Sea Bass and now Grouper when they have it. Another excellent seafood choice at Bonefish is the Parmesan Crusted Rainbow Trout and their Grilled Scallops and Shrimp is top notch.
Through the years, Bonefish has remained consistently good in both their service and food selections – especially their seafood. It’s hard to stay on top of your game in the restaurant business, but Bonefish Grill has passed that test with flying colors.
