I saw some really nice looking cole slaw, pre-cut, at Whole Foods. It had a variety of cabbages and I bought it. The Squirrel and the Hawk
We have a Cooper’s Hawk that has more or less set up shop in a large bush in our back yard. I think he may roost there, or at least he spends a lot of time there just hanging out. I made a fun dish last week. I made lasagna, but not ordinary lasagna. I whipped up a dish called Chicken Broccoli Lasagna and it turned out well, a nice change of pace.
