It’s autumn. The leaves are changing, wineries are offering outside entertainment and Virginians are flocking to the countryside to enjoy our accommodating weather and beautiful scenery. Always a fun way to spend an autumn afternoon is a visit to Virginia’s Largest Corn Maze at Liberty Mills Farm in Somerset.
Say the folks at Liberty Mills:
Our 2016 Maze is challenging and fun! Come visit this weekend. The hay wagon will be operating, the Farm Market is open and we have lots of pumpkins to pick from. Plus, we’ll be making homemade pumpkin ice cream and popping fresh farm grown popcorn.
Don’t forget your flashlight if you are planning on doing the Flashlight Maze – they are required and be sure to leave yourself plenty of time to complete the maze of your choosing.
With four walking trails to choose from, trivia questions to answer and navigational challenges, this a-maize-ing design challenges kids of all ages! Great for families, couples, and group outings! Check our website for group rates and a reservation form. The 2016 Maze is open from September 10 -November 12. $12 Daytime Admission (weekends) includes all sections of the Maze, Hay Ride (available weather permitting in October) and Activities Area. 4 and under are free.
