
It’s crunch time. You need an easy entrée and something that everyone will enjoy. This calls for a Tater Tot Casserole, a sure-fire winner and one that’s easy to assemble. There are only 4 ingredients, and it can be ready in less than an hour, start to finish.
Here’s how.
You’ll need a pound of ground beef (to serve 4), a 16-oz. bag of frozen Tater Tots, 2 C of shredded, sharp cheddar cheese and 1 can of cream of mushroom soup.
Brown the ground beef (I like 94/6 lean ground beef) and pour off the grease. Stir in 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and spread the Tater Tots over the casserole dish. Sprinkle the 2 C of cheese on top and into a 350 oven for 30 to 40 minutes, until Tater Tots are golden brown. That’s it. Dig in.

1 pound ground beef
1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
(Salt and ground black pepper to taste)
1 (16 ounce) package frozen tater tots
2 cups shredded, sharp cheddar cheese
