Sometimes if we’re pressed for time and have guests for lunch, I’ll make a run to Sam’s Club, pick up a container of Sycamore Farms Chicken Salad, a couple avocados and a pack of freshly-baked croissants and we’ll have that for a meal. If we’re really pressed, we’ll pick up a carton of their Amish Potato salad and – voila! A fancy, delicious and really easy lunch.
I have been really impressed with the Sycamore Farms Chicken Salad. They use only large chunks of all-white meat. It contains no artificial colors or flavors, just plain, good chicken salad, The croissants – baked fresh daily – are also buttery and delicious and you can never go wrong with an avocado as a compliment to any sandwich
Others, apparently, find the Sycamore Farms Chicken Salad to be as good as we do, because Sam’s is often out of stock. In that case, I buy the chicken salad that Sam’s prepares from their leftover rotisserie chickens – also very good.
Next time, you need a quick lunch to serve company (or for yourself), stop by Sam’s.
