Meadowcreek Golf Course is excited to host a local qualifier for the World Golf Scramble. The qualifier will take place on June 27, 2015.
The World Golf Scramble is a 4 Person Scramble competition (featuring both a gross and net division) where amateur golfers from around the world compete in Local Qualifying events in an attempt to earn an invitation to compete in the World Championships in Las Vegas, NV.
World Golf Scramble Qualifier Information
LOCAL QUALIFYING
Cost: $500 per four-person team ($125 per person)
Includes green fees, golf carts, range balls and small gift bag. Top finishers at the Local Qualifying level will also receive prizes.
Advancing: 2 Teams (1 Gross/1 Net Division) advance with 9-23 participating teams. 4 Teams (2 Gross/2 Net Division) advance with 24-36 participating teams. Teams advance directly to the World Championships in Las Vegas.
Handicap: Participants must have an active USGA Handicap for their scores to be adjusted in the Net Division.
Participants who don’t have an active USGA Handicap may still compete in the Gross & Net Division, but will automatically be marked as a 0 handicap.
Amateurism: Participants must have active amateur golf status. Professional golfers are not allowed to participate.
