When you get this week’s edition of CvilleBuzz, Nancy and I will be headed for Hawaii.
Yep, we’re going again. Hawaii is like an addictive drug in that once you’ve been, you’re immediately planning another trip. On this earth, there is no beauty to rival the islands of Hawaii, and we’ll be visiting most all the islands. We are taking the same Norwegian Cruise Lines Pride of America that shoves off at Oahu and circles the islands with two day layovers in Maui and Kauai. As I mentioned before, The Pride of America is a relatively small ship, allowing it access to sometimes-difficult island ports. It is 921 feet in length and will accommodate about 2,100 passengers and 900 crew personnel.
We are planning to see different parts of each of the islands that we visited before and take new excursions.
I am playing golf again in Kauai, but this time at Puakea, a mountain-view course rather than an ocean course. I figure that the Pacific Ocean has enough of my Callaway balls (three) and that I should spread the wealth a little.
All this means that my loyal readers will have to endure another blow-by-blow account of our travels in next week’s edition.
In the meantime, pack your things. We’re headed to Hawaii. Aloha!
