Mother Nature is not quite certain that it’s spring yet – with 80 degree afternoons one day and light snowfall the next. But the Charlottesville Municipal Band has declared it to be spring. They are performing their annual Dogwood Festival Spring Concert on
April 22 from 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM. The performance is free and will be held at the Dickinson Theater, Piedmont Virginia Community College, Stephen R. Layman, Music Director.
